As a courtesy - Jodie submits claims to the following insurances. You are ultimately financially responsible and you will need to determine if you are eligible for behavioral health services and what your particular insurance plan will cover or deny. Some plans require a pre-authorization for counseling. Copays are due at the time of service. A late fee is assessed for no shows or late cancels not given within 24 hours of the appointment.
