Telehealth Therapist AKA Homeschool Mother
As fall approaches and school begins to go back to session (COVID style) many families are struggling to make sense of what decision is best for them regarding educating their children and balancing life. I want to be able to help support mothers and families who are on this journey of schooling their children from home. As a homeschool mother for 8 years of two children - I can offer the support and understanding of balancing life, career, stress, and home education. It isn't always easy but it can be very rewarding. Let me help you find the balance that is needed as we move forward together into the 2020-2021 school year. Becoming a client is easy. Simply fill out the new client request form (button below) and I will get in touch with you to complete the next steps. All documents are signed online over an encrypted service and all scheduling is done through a client portal which you can access 24/7. I have weekend hours. All sessions are via Telehealth. Thank you.

Areas of specialty:
Since March 15th, 2020 I have been offering online counseling from the comforts of your couch and mine due to COVID-19. So far, everything has gone really well and many are reporting they enjoy meeting online and some are even saying they are going to stick with online counseling once the 'stay home, stay healthy' ban lifts. I see this as a great opportunity to try new things! I was certified as a TBHI Certified Telebehavioral Health Practitioner in 2019 and I am glad I did! That certification, training, and knowledge really helped to streamline the process of converging an entire private practice from in-person sessions to online to help assist in not spreading COVID-19. Submitting telebehavioral health session claims to your insurance is a non-issue for me and I can answer any questions you may have about how to get started and what the process entails. Please let me know how I can help. 509-635-3061 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Counseling will be held online until 2 weeks past when the official ban is lifted by the Governor of WA State.
Effective March 15th, 2020 Jodie Hommer Counseling, PLLC is offering online counseling only to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
